We are following various pricing models facilitating Schools, Colleges and Universities to choose right pricing model as per their requirement. There are three pricing models such as Basic pricing, User based pricing, Enterprise pricing.
IEMS has successfully been implemented in various educational Institutions, thus, has prepared a list of frequently asked questions that normally are asked, we are more than happy to share such FAQ here in below:
The implementation timeframe varies depending on the modules being implemented. In our experience, we can implement as early as within one week for Basic Plan, One month of Advance Plan and Three months for Enterprise Plan. This is based on the assumption that the user or the Institution already knows what to expect and have necessary data available right away. The implementations may take more time if the educational institution has incomplete or incorrect data provided and/or management changes, frequently changes of staff etc. To avoid such “bottlenecks” the Educational Institutions may establish a “project implementation” team or steering committee, who should have reasonable background / experience of ERP implementation with fixed targeted time line.
Determine what plan is to be implemented, accordingly select a team of responsible persons preferably from Administration and Faculty as "project management / steering committee". Their role will be the interface between the management and the IEMS Team. They will also be responsible for signing-off necessary documents, data feeding such as Students data, teachers information, subjects/courses, fee structure, periods, timetable etc.
It is agreed that IEMS team will migrate master list of data such as users, chart of accounts and beginning balances but not the transactions this will be done without additional cost. But if transactions migration is required it can be done after completion of project. Old data shall be provided by the end-user in a predefined format in MS Excel which will be provided by IEMS team. Transactional migration can be done at additional cost, for which a separate quotation will be provided after seeing the quantum of old data.
As far as IEMS part is concerned, an API will be provided for integration, but integration with third party software will be responsibility of owner of third party software. The success of the integration depends on the commitment of the third party software provider.
Issue a “Letter of Intent” (LOI), then a formal contract agreement will be signed by the authorized signatories of Service buyer and IEMS. Project implantation time line will be part of the contract agreement.
