Inquiries for Admissions

The visiting parents who are seeking admission related information, their data is entered through inquires portal it automatically prepares a printable report along with admission fee information. The data of parents help educational institutions to analyze percentage of visitors who are seeking admission for their children.

Notice for Opening of Admissions

The online admission portal will only be active when “Admissions are Opened” in the IEMS. The educational Institutions can open Admissions for all classes, for few classes or a particular class and can also fix a date for closing of admission, so that IEMS should stop the online admission portal as soon as the date of admissions is expired.

Online Admission Portal

Parents can register their children for admission through online portal, an auto generated email is sent to parents on submission of registration form, a fee challan for registration charges is also attached with the email. Manual Admission forms can also be issued through IEMS upon payment of registration fees.

Pre-Admission Assessment Test

After conducting pre-admission assessment test, subject wise grades, marks are entered in IEMS so that it can automatically prepare class wise merit lists. System will automatically send email to parents for the eligible student who qualified for admission. The fee challan is also enclosed with email so that parents can download and deposit payment in the designated bank account or prepare pay-order.

Confirmation of Admissions

After receipt of fees, system will allow to admit and allocate general registration number to student.
