Teaching Management:

In IEMS teaching management has following components:

• Period Planning policy: defines number of class rooms in school and how many periods will be taught on each day in a week, so that IEMS calculates number of teaching staff required, this feature helps in policy making and also assists to avoid over staffing.

  
  
  

• Subject wise period allocation policy: defines how many periods/lectures will taken for each subject per week this policy is associated with Period planning policy. This helps to define workload for subject teachers.

  
  
  

• Timetable as per period policy: System automatically prepared time table for teacher on the basis of subject periods allocation policy, this avoids un-necessary workload on teachers.

  
  
  

• Fixtures and Period Borrowing: Management can assign fixtures in absentia of any teacher, and Teacher can also borrow periods from colleagues for the sake of completion of courses. IEMS prepares reports as under:

  
  
  

• Courses completion Progress: This feature provides visibility in graphical view for the number of periods/lectures allocated to a teacher and how much course is completed by the teacher.

  
  
  

• Class Work: It manages daily class work / lectures as per daily timetable connected with tentative teaching plan, with this teachers performance is also auto recorded for each subject. Parents can view daily class work in their mobile app.

  
  
  

• Homework: manages daily diary / home work / assignments given to students and checking of assignments is also done in IEMS, parents can view daily homework, assignments in mobile app.
